Appointments & Deposits
- Deposits are required to secure bookings and are non-refundable.
- Deposits go toward your service balance.
- Missed or canceled appointments result in forfeited deposits.
Payments
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
No Refund Policy
All services and deposits are non-refundable.
Client Responsibilities
- Arrive on time.
- Ensure your hair is prepped as required.
- Inform us of allergies, sensitivities, or scalp conditions.
House of Locs Rights
We may refuse service for disruptive behavior, reschedule appointments when necessary, and update services/pricing at any time.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Deposits
- Required for all appointments.
- Non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellations
- Cancelling at any time results in a forfeited deposit.
- Same-day cancellations are treated as no-shows.
Rescheduling
- Allowed with 24+ hours notice.
- Deposits may be applied if rescheduled within 30 days.
No-Shows
- Forfeited deposit.
- Future bookings may require an additional fee.
Late Arrivals
- 10-minute grace period.
- Beyond 10 minutes, service may be shortened or canceled with deposit forfeited.

If we cancel, your deposit may be refunded or applied to a future appointment.
Return & Refund Policy Services
- All deposits and completed services are non-refundable.
- Concerns must be addressed during your appointment so adjustments can be made.
Retail Products
- All sales are final.
- Refunds or exchanges only if defective/damaged at purchase.
- Returns must be unused, in original packaging, within 7 days, with receipt.
Gift Cards & Vouchers
- Non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.
Special Offers & Discounts
- All discounted services and specials are final sale.
Liability Disclaimer
House of Locs is not responsible for:
- Reactions to products if allergies were not disclosed.
- Hair damage caused by prior chemical treatments, lack of aftercare, or conditions beyond our control.
