House of Locs Refund & Order Policy
Thank you for choosing House of Locs. Please read our policy carefully before booking or purchasing any products or services.
1. Appointments & Services
• All deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your appointment.
• If you need to reschedule, we require at least 48 hours’ notice to transfer your deposit to a new date.
• No-call/no-show appointments will forfeit deposits and may require full payment to rebook future services.
• Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in cancellation or a late fee.
2. Products & Orders
• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final — no refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos and details for review.
• Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days.
3. Refunds
• Service refunds are not provided for completed appointments. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the appointment so we can address your concerns.
• For product issues, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
