At House of Locs, we take pride in providing professional services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before booking or purchasing.

1. Services

All service deposits are non-refundable.
Once a service has been rendered, it is considered final. We do not issue refunds for completed services.
If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify your stylist before leaving the salon so adjustments can be made where possible.

2. Retail Products

All sales are final on hair care products, accessories, and retail items due to health and safety regulations.
Refunds or exchanges will only be considered if a product is:
- Defective or damaged at the time of purchase, and
- Returned unused, in its original packaging, within 7 days of purchase.
Proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email) is required for all returns.

3. Gift Cards & Vouchers

Gift cards, vouchers, and promotional credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
They may only be applied toward eligible services or products at House of Locs.

4. Missed Appointments

Deposits for missed or canceled appointments (without proper notice under our Cancellation Policy) are non-refundable.

5. Special Offers & Discounts

All promotional offers, specials, and discounted services are non-refundable and may not be combined with other offers.

6. House of Locs Rights

We reserve the right to refuse a return, exchange, or refund if the conditions above are not met.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Effective Date: July 14, 2025

At House of Locs, we value your time and ours. Please review our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy before booking your appointment.

1. Deposits

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time slot.
Deposits are applied toward your service balance and cannot be transferred to another person.

2. Cancellations

If you cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be forfeited.
Same-day cancellations are considered a no-show and will result in the loss of your deposit.

3. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
Rescheduled appointments must be rebooked within 30 days to apply your existing deposit.
Failure to reschedule within this time frame will result in a forfeited deposit.

4. No-Shows

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay an additional fee before booking future services.

5. Late Arrivals

A 10-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments.
Arrivals later than 10 minutes may result in shortened service time or cancellation, with deposit forfeited.

6. House of Locs Cancellations

If House of Locs must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be notified as soon as possible.
In this case, your deposit will be applied to a future appointment or fully refunded.

7. Agreement

By booking an appointment with House of Locs, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
